Description
The Winnie Davis - Children of the Confederacy Scholarship is available to full-time students enrolled at an accredited college/university. You must be the lineal descendant of an eligible Confederate or a collateral descendant who is a member of the Children of the Confederacy (or was until the age of 18), be endorsed by the Third Vice President General and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to qualify for this award.
