Description

The Frederick L. and Margaret E. Hubacker Endowed Scholarship is available to students enrolled in the Michigan State University, College of Education. You must be majoring in elementary education and demonstrate academic excellence, leadership qualities and financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students who have completed at least two years of undergraduate study.
