Description
The Albert M. Lappin Scholarship is available to high school seniors and college freshmen and sophomores who are enrolled or intend to enroll in an approved post-secondary institution in Kansas. You must be the son or daughter of a member of The Kansas American Legion and / or Kansas American Legion Auxiliary for the past three consecutive years to qualify for this award.
