Description
The James N. Kincanon Scholarship is available to residents of Roanoke, Salem, Roanoke County or graduates of high schools located in those jurisdictions. You must have a career interest in law and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Also you must be accepted, or expect to be accepted prior to the fall semester, into post-secondary training, pursuing education in the law to qualify for this award.
