Description
The Leroy and Dora Ortiz Scholarship is available to undergraduate and graduate students at the University of New Mexico, College of Education. You must be specializing in Spanish / English bilingual instruction, be fluent in Spanish and English, and express a commitment to the concept of philosophy of bilingual education to qualify for this award.
