Description
The ESA Youth Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who have a parent or guardian who is a full-time public safety officer (police/fire). Children of DHS, FBI, other Federal employees, reserve officers part-time sheriffs deputies, and retired, deceased or disabled employees do not qualify.
