Description
The David M. McDonald Educational Scholarship is available to undergraduate students who have completed one year of education in an approved institution. To be considered, you must be a member of High Plains Power or be the dependent of a current member, or the dependent of person receiving electricity from High Plains Power to their primary residence through a current membership in another name. U.S. citizenship and a minimum 3.25 GPA are also required.
