Description
The Lacy T. Haith and James B. Miller Endowed Scholarship is available to African-American students at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College. You must be enrolled full-time, have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and be a resident of Buncombe or Madison County to qualify for this award. Preference is given to students who demonstrate greatest financial need and those who have completed a GED.
