The Frank H. Luna Scholarship is available to New Mexico residents at Central New Mexico Community College. You must be enrolled in any degree program, minimum GPA of 2.0, a completed FAFSA and have unmet need to be eligible for this award. Preference given to students employed at a local retirement/nursing facility.
