Description
The Hugh and Orvetta Moltzau Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Appalachian State University. You must have graduated from a high school in Polk County, NC to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students who worked at Tryon Estates in Columbus, NC and students who demonstrate financial need.
