The Rip Collins Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time sophomore and junior students at Arkansas Tech University. You must be majoring in fisheries management to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students who are interested in cold water fisheries biology, management or stream riverine fisheries biology or management.
