Description
The Dr. Roosevelt Ruffin Memorial Scholarship is available to full-time incoming first-year and transfer students at Saginaw Valley State University. You must be a resident of Saginaw County and demonstrate community involvement, financial need, character, leadership potential, and an interest in the humanities to be considered for this award. Preference will be given to graduates of Saginaw High School or the city of Saginaw GED programs.
