Description
The Preston Coiner Scholarship is available to graduating seniors and those who have graduated from a public or private high school in the City of Charlottesville or the County of Albemarle. You must be a resident of the city or county and submit an essay of between 500 and 1000 words on Charlottesville or Albemarle County history in order to be considered for this award.
