Description
The Blanche M. Hubbard Scholarship is available to African-American students at any accredited educational institution. You must be an active, full member of the United Methodist Church and minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for this award. Preference to student enrolled in one of the UMC’s historically black colleges/universities.
