The Baltimore Washington Conference Board of Trustees/Merit Scholarship is available undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral students who are members of the Baltimore-Washington Conference only at any accredited educational institution. You must be an active, one year member of the United Methodist Church, minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
