The David Adey Veterans Scholarship is available to new transfer students at the University of Baltimore. You must be seeking your first bachelor’s degree with at least 60 credits, have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and submit a 400-word essay on the topic provided by the sponsor in order to be eligible for this award.
