The Walt and Ginger Woltosz Tutor Scholarship (Osher) is available to continuing students at Antelope Valley College. You must have completed 24 or more “degree applicable” units, receiving Board of Governors(BOG) Fee Waiver, have been a tutor during the current academic year and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award.
