The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is open to students with limited or no prior experience in the United States. To be considered, you must have earned an undergraduate degree, have at least five years of full - time professional experience, demonstrate leadership qualities, and have a record of public service in the community. Fellows will participate in a year of non - degree graduate - level study, leadership development, and professional collaboration with U.S. counterparts. Deadlines vary by embassy/country/commission.
