McColm, Thelma V. and John T. Scholarship

Description

The McColm, Thelma V. and John T. Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen admitted to Iowa State University. First priority is given to graduates of West Liberty High School and Louisa-Muscatine (L & M) High School, second priority is given to graduates from high schools in Muscatine and Louisa counties, third priority is given to graduates of high schools in Cedar, Des Moines, Henry, Johnson, Scott, and Washington counties in Iowa and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
