Description
The ICPA Scholarship is open to sophomore and junior students at Iowa State University, University of Iowa and University of Northern Iowa. You must be majoring in construction management, civil or construction engineering and be planning on entering the construction field in Iowa in order to be considered for this award. Preference is given to residents of Iowa and adjoining states.
