Description

The Frank N. Andersen Memorial Scholarship is available to full - time undergraduate students from Saginaw County. Graduating high school seniors must have a minimum 2.75 GPA, and current college students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students attending Michigan schools. Selection is based on financial need, scholastic record, essay, community service and/or school involvement, and recommendations.
