The RPU Essay Contest is open to high school students who reside or attend school in the Riverside Public Utilities service area. To be considered, you must submit an 800 - to 1500 - word essay discussing how the field of engineering could be used to achieve the six specified sustainability goals, specifically related to the provision of clean, reliable drinking water or reliable, affordable electric energy.
