Description
The Oakland Promise Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who plan to attend a postsecondary institution or education program. You must be graduating from an Oakland public or charter high school, have a minimum GPA of 2.0, demonstrate financial need and answer two short essay questions in order to be considered for this award.
