Description
The Anderson J. Blevins and Thelma L. Hammond Memorial Scholarship is available to undergraduate student (at least 6 hours per semester). You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, demonstrate financial need, exhibit extracurricular activities, submit statements and essay, and reside in Hopewell, Prince George, Chesterfield (south of 288 and east of Ironbridge Road), Petersburg, Colonial Heights, Fort Lee, Dinwiddie, Surry, Sussex, Charles City and Varina to be eligible for this award.
