Description
The Brandy Lee Leard Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors, currently enrolled college students, returning college students, or GED certificate holders from the northernmost 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle who are expecting a baby or who are actively involved in parenting their child and have the desire to obtain a post-secondary education. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for this award.
