Ferriss Horticulture Scholarship

Description

The Ferriss Horticulture Scholarship is available to college juniors and seniors. You must be majoring in Horticulture or Plant Sciences, have a career interest in herbaceous ornamental plants and floriculture industry, and have a minimum GPA of 2.6 in order to be considered for this award. Preference will be given to students who have a demonstrated interest in commercial greenhouse production of herbaceous ornamental or floriculture crops (i.e., non-edible, non-medicinal crops), research related to the production, physiology, or breeding of herbaceous ornamental and floriculture crops, and/or the sales and marketing of herbaceous ornamental and floriculture crops.
