Description
The Pierre and Tana Matisse Scholarship is available to undergraduate students enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited two or four-year institution. You must identify as African American/Black, Latinx, or Indigenous and be a U.S. citizen, permanent US resident, undocumented student, or an undocumented student with DACA status to be eligible for this award. Additionally, you must be a permanent resident of one of the five boroughs of New York City: Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, or Staten Island, demonstrate financial need, and have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Selection is based on academic merit, essay submission, and letter of recommendation.
