Description
The Herman J. Neal Scholarship is open to African-American accounting students. You must be a U.S. citizen with your primary residence in Illinois. You also must be enrolled in an Illinois college or university as a junior, senior or graduate student and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to be eligible for this award.
