The Thomas Pazik, MD Scholarship is available to incoming freshman students at the University of Colorado Boulder who participated in athletics at their high school. You must reside in the Greely, CO, area and have a minimum GPA of 3.7 to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students who participated in cross country or track and field.
