Description
The J and L Presidential Scholarship is available to graduate students attending a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) who have an interest in a career with a service provider or utility with a major in engineering, science, public health, or technology for the water community. Selection is based on financial need, academic excellence, career goals, and interest in the water community.
