The James Eisenhauer Engineering Scholarship is open to undergraduate students at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, who are majoring in engineering, with a preference for a student majoring in civil engineering. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be a graduate of either Belleville Township High School East or Belleville Township High School West in Saint Clair county, Illinois, to be eligible for this renewable award.
