The Willie Stewart Scholarship is open to high school seniors. You must be attending a high school at Pierce County and have completed at least 100 hours of community service in current year and planning to attend an institution of higher learning in order to be considered for this award. You must also submit an essay discussing the topic provided by the sponsor.
