Description
The Art Jess Scholarship is open to Alaska Natives, American Indians, and/or Hawaiian Natives who are residents of Alaska. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 in order to be considered for this award. Preference is given to Chilkat Valley residents or Chilkat Indian Village residents or Chilkoot Indian Association tribal members.
