Description
The Howard D. Colman Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors from Boone or Winnebago County. You must be majoring in engineering, computer science, applied science, or a comparable technology field, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and demonstrate connection and commitment to the Rockford region, be willing to commit to an internship and personify the innovative spirit of Howard D. Colman in order to be considered for this award.
