Description
The Ben Abney Scholarship open to high school students in North Virginia. You must have been accepted and attend one of the great Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the upcoming academic school year, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and submit a 350-word essay on the topic provided by the sponsor in order to be considered for this award.
