Description
The Robert Seabrooks Scholarship is open to male African American high school seniors in the Virginia Area. You must be a graduating high school senior, with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, demonstrate a high-level participation in school and other community volunteerism, be an active member of the DLAC Kappa League for the entire school-year and submit a 350-word essay on the prompt provided by the sponsor in order to be considered for this award.
