Description
The Frank W. Ross Memorial Scholarship is available to LGBTQ+ and allied students who are residents of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana or Alaska. To be considered for this award, you be under the age of 21 and living in poverty/have experienced housing insecurity, homelessness, or life within the foster care system.
