Project Global Officer (GO) Program
National Security Education Program
The Project GO Program is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are U.S. citizens and are on track to commission through the Army, Naval, or Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC), contracted or non-contracted, at a regionally accredited college or university in the United States. Marine Platoon Leaders Class (PLC) students are also eligible. Selection is based on academic merit, language experience, cultural sensitivity, leadership, commitment to the Project GO mission, and diversity. Project GO is a nationwide program open to all qualified ROTC students offering fully-funded opportunities in critical language education, overseas study, and cross-cultural experience. Through Project GO, future military officers develop linguistic and cross-cultural communication skills required for effective leadership for all services in the 21st century operational environment.
