Description
The Mark Martinez Scholarship is available to students graduating from Frederick High School who plan to pursue a four-year college degree. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 with no "F" grades on your transcript to be considered for this award. Selection is based on a two-three minute video submission and completion of five short-answer questions.
