The Bright Scholars of Iowa Award is available to incoming freshman students at the University of Northern Iowa who are residents of Iowa. To be considered for this award, you must meet one of the following conditions: Top 10% of high school graduating class; or RAI of 299+; or ACT of 28+, or GPA of 3.7+.
