The Charles E. Goulding Jr. and Germaine Goulding Pamunkey Tribal Indian Scholarship is available to Native American students at the University of Tampa. To be eligible for this award you must meet one of the following requirements: American Indian recognized by your Tribal Council as being at least one-quarter American Indian blood (letter from Tribal Council required) or American Indian recommended by the Pamunkey Tribal Council located in King William County, VA, on the Pamunkey River Reservation (letter from Tribal Council required).
