The Congressman G. V. Sonny Montgomery USM Veteran/Military Annual Scholarship is available to students at the University of Southern Mississippi who are active duty or veteran members of the U.S. military, members of the Mississippi National Guard, or members of the Air Force or Army ROTC programs. Preference will be given to junior-level students.
