The Alvin and Edna Perkiss Certification-Associate's Degree Scholarship is open to high school seniors living in Clark County, Nevada. You must be a student at a charter, private, or CCSD high school who is interested in attending a college, university, or trade school to obtain a certification or an Associate’s Degree in order to be eligible for this award.
