Description
The Dr. Lois E. Frazier scholarship is open to female undergraduate students who have completed their freshman year. You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college, university, or institution of higher education, live in the North Carolina counties of Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham or Johnston and have a 3.5 GPA in order to be eligible for this award.
