Description
The CollegeCounts Scholarship is open to Alabama residents who are high school seniors or first-time college freshman in the upcoming academic year. You must be planning to enroll in a college or university in Alabama, have a minimum GPA of 2.75, have a maximum score of 26 on the ACT, be a U.S. citizen, and demonstrate financial need in order to be considered for this award.
