The Tri-Cities Diversity and Inclusion Council Scholarship is open to students who are residents of the Tri-Cities area. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 and choose one of the three prompts on the sponsor's website and submit an essay, poem, art piece, video piece, or other creative art form in order to be considered for this award.
