The James R. Schaaf Civil Engineering Scholarship is open to undergraduate students in California. You must be a civil engineering student whose primary focus is water resources, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, be enrolled in an accredited public or private college or university and be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident in order to be eligible for this award.
