Description
The PAPA Flight Training Scholarship is open to undergraduate sophomores, juniors, and seniors. You must be a member of the Chicago Executive Pilots Association who is attending an accredited school located in Illinois and puruing a course of study in a recognized professional aviation program. In order to be considered for this award, you must submit a 1,000 word essay on the topic provided by the sponsor.
