Description
The City of New Smyrna Beach Juneteenth Scholarship is open to seniors graduates from New Smyrna Beach High School. You must have been accepted into an accredited College, University, or Institute of Higher Learning, have a completed 25 hours of community service, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and submit a 300-word essay on the topic provided by the sponsor in order to be eligible for this award.
