The AFSCME Council 93 Memorial Scholarship is open to American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Council 93 members and their spouses, children, stepchildren, grandchildren or legal dependents who are enrolled or accepted in an accredited post-secondary institution. To be considered for this award, you must must complete an application and submit a 500-750 word essay on “Why Unions Have Been Important to my Family."
